Googling, iPhone-style Google has unveiled an app for the iPhone that combines Google services, such as email, calendar and search, into a single interface.
This is yet another step in the mobile direction for Google. The company recently unveiled plans for a Linux-based mobile OS project called Android, which boasts 30 partners and counting, in addition to its plans to bid on the wireless spectrum auction in January, going up against established carriers Verizon and AT&T.
While Google Maps and YouTube were among the first apps available for the iPhone, Apple plans to open the wonderphone's back-end to developers.
